Users can cancel any subscription service in www.jdbinvesting.com (Quote as “we”, or “us” below) at any time. After cancellation, the service will not be automatically renewed for the next and on-going billing circle, and we will not charge the user again, and the user can continue to use the purchased service until the last day of the current billing circle. Please note that we will not refund the user’s fee from the cancellation of the service for the current billing circle.
We may provide refunds for certain in-platform purchases and subscriptions, depending on the circumstances below. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR SERVICES OR GOODS ONCE SOLD, EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED BELOW.
Purchased the same product more than once. Example: users register two accounts and purchase the same services repeatedly; after purchasing service A, they then purchase another service (or service package) or product that includes this service A.
We and/or authorized content authors (service providers) cannot provide such services. Example: users cannot use the service due to technical issues; service providers fail to provide services to users in a timely manner.
If the service price is reduced within 72 hours of purchase, the difference can be refunded. Example: 72 hours after the user purchases the service, the service provide announces that the same service will be promoted with a reduced price.
Erroneous charges due to technical issues or human error from us.
Reminder: We can only refund the fees within the active or valid subscription period, but cannot refund the fees for the subscription period that has ended. If the user has successfully obtained a refund, the service and/or the product may be removed from theuser's account, and the user will no longer be able to access or use the service and/or the product, unless the user purchases such service and/or product.
